I want to share with you my top favorite recipes in the eCookbook Y4T. I also want to let you know that several of the recipes is based on “the starch solution”, that (if I’m correct) promotes a high carb, low fat diet.
So yeah, by that I mean there are several simple recipes in the book that often is used as a side dish, where I would eat it as my main dish instead.
The cookbook is suitable for vegetarians and vegans looking away from the honey, but also for omnivores of course, that want to include more greens into their diet and get some food inspiration. That being said, I’m not a vegan, nor vegetarian myself, even if my main, daily diet is based on plants. At this current moment in life I feel that my body really thrives on plants, and I do believe it´s healthy. I don’t like labels when it comes to food, especially in the public eye. I don’t think it would be healthy for me to captivate myself like that. I just want to share the food that I love at this current time in life for those of you that want to try it out for yourself.
I also feel it`s appropriate to mention that I’m not a health care professional. I have just done my own research and made up my own mind on that topic for my own body and health, (it might of course change by time).
